Meet Eduardo Gonzalez, a passionate hospitality professional whose journey began as a Server and quickly evolved as he fell in love with the vibrant world of food and drink. His diverse experience spans both the kitchen and the bar, allowing him to master the craft from various angles.
Eduardo made a significant mark running the bar program at Revolver Taco Lounge alongside the talented Regino Rojas, who has been nominated for eight James Beard Awards. Under their collaboration, they created an exceptional cocktail experience that complemented Revolver's innovative cuisine. Additionally, at HIDE, Eduardo contributed to a bar program that has garnered numerous accolades, including CultureMap’s Best New Bar, further solidifying his reputation in the industry.
He also helped create and run the program at Hard Shake, where he worked under the legendary bar chef and owner of Henry’s Majestic, Alex Fletcher. While at Hard Shake, Ed was lucky enough to help develop the cocktail menu to pair with Food & Wine's best new chef Misti Norris for the pop-up collaboration with Hard Shake. During his time there, Eduardo thrived, crafting some of the best cocktails in Dallas and leaving a lasting impression on the local drinking scene.
Today, Bar Chef Eduardo is not only available for private events and educational classes but also offers consulting services for bar menus and sustainability initiatives, both locally and internationally. His dedication to the art of mixology and his innovative approach continue to set him apart in the ever-evolving world of hospitality.
